Pay: $13.20-13.70/hour with weekly pay periods!
Shifts: 2nd or 3rd
--Follow all safety rules and ensure a safe working environment of all machines operating.
--Check job order paperwork to ensure set-up tooling matches required job order specs.
--Verify spec drawings included in job packets match set up and latest spec revision level
--Retrieve next job order's tooling components from kitting department.
--Check tools for any damage from previous run or storage.
--On appropriate data sheet record beginning and end of tear down/beginning of set up times.
--Order materials for new tools.
--Initiate Energy Isolation procedures.
--Accurately and timely perform change over and fine-tune of face seal tools.
--Ensure all machine guarding is in place then perform energy isolation removal procedures.
--Verify that material ready to load for production is correct thickness and material type.
--Start machine to pre-heat oven, enter machine process settings from process setting sheet.
--Run material into machine to get to the end of the stacker, adjust presses as needed.
--On appropriate data sheet record end of set-up time.
--Take dimensions at beginning of run and every 3 hours after.
--Take hourly cut sheets
--Inform packer when product is acceptable and ready for packing.
--Perform all required packer coverage responsibilities, as needed.
--Monitor reclaim quality according to reclaim procedures.
--Perform minor machine maintenance as needed.
--Assist with daily housekeeping duties within and all around thermo-forming department
Including but not limited to: keeping free of debris, scrap, and dirt, insides and around machines, floors, cabinets, cabinet tops, slop sink, bucket, broom, mop hanging areas, break room and bathrooms.
--Other duties as assigned.
Working hours: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM
- Must be able to read and follow instructions in English, interpret data from schematics, spec-drawings, job orders, Op 20 notes, and data sheets.
- Use of various hand tools for machine tear-down and set-up required.
- A team player approach with self-directed discipline while working in a team environment. Must possess and use positive interpersonal and relational skills.
- Previous experience in the automotive or machine operator fields preferred
- Willing to submit to drug screen & background check
- 2 professional references
