Printing Supervisor

Provide supervision, guidance, and training to employees assigned to a specific department. Schedule hourly, daily and weekly work schedules for each function within the department using system to access work orders released for production. Responsible for Quality expectations of zero defects. Responsible for ensuring available capacity and resources are utilized as efficiently as possible.

Responsible for direct supervision of employees assigned to the Crew Leader's department. Interviewing and recommending selection of new employees; promotions; and terminations when appropriate. Provides necessary training to all team members. Must be familiar with safety equipment and first aid kits.

Working hours: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM

High School Diploma or Equivalency Required
Knowledge of printing presses; pneumatic and electrical grommet machines
Prefer 1-3 years of proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
