Machine Operator

Are you looking to join a fast growing production facility? We are looking to hire a machine operator at our West Chicago facility. In this role you will be blending materials to add to a packaging machine which you will then set up and run until product is finished.

Responsibilities:
-Blend compounds to specific requirements
-Set up machine for runs
-Monitor runs and check for quality
-Troubleshoot any small issues that come up
-Reach out and work with maintenance for larger issues

Working hours: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Skills:
-Ability to read schematics
-Mechanical aptitude
-Compounding experience
-Ability to set up a machine
-Attention to details

Qualifications:
-HS diploma
-Must have machine operation background
-Blending a plus
