1ST 2ND AND 3RD SHIFT BLOW MOLDING MACHINE OPERATOR
Operate production equipment with minimum assistance. Operate Stretch blow molding machines in plants to ensure production and quality standards are met on a regular basis. Communicate any machine issues, such as improper functioning, poor output or quality, to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
Operate blow molding, injection molding and Material blending equipment. Be able to understand production needs and ensure conformance to specifications. Assist with color changes and set ups for upcoming production. Keep up with materials. Need to perform quality assurance test for all production and be able to complete production and QA documentation. Pack finished product and transfer to appropriate areas throughout the blow molding production area or warehouse.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM
To be able to stop and start equipment, have problem solving skills. Make minor machine adjustments. To be able to use and have general knowledge of hand tools. Operate fork lifts in a safe manner and needs to be able to work well with others.
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Ability to work under limited supervision.
3. Ability to read, write and have mathematical capabilities effectively.
4. Must be punctual and dependable in arriving to work.
