In this position you will be responsible to produce machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine; maintaining quality and safety standards; keeping records; maintaining equipment and supplies.
Sets-up mills and lathes
Verifies settings by measuring positions, first-run part, and sample workpieces; adhering to international standards
Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations
Documents actions by completing production and quality logs
Working hours: 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM
Pay: $17-$21 depending on experience
Experience reading blueprints and drawings to manufacture parts to the specifications
Attention to detail
Ability to stand for long period of times
Ability to understand and utilize programming software for applicable CNC machines
