Randstad is currently seeking a Machine Operator for a manufacturing and distribution company located in Orlando, FL. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity!!
All shifts available
At least 6 months+ manufacturing experience required. Previous machine operator experience preferred. The client will train all candidates!
-Picking/packing/shipping of order
-Operation of machines.
-Loading machines with products
-Monitor the quality of products to ensure proper specifications are being met
-Responsible for knowing/understanding all specifications to insure fabric/parts meet all quality standards
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Read, interpret, and follow safety rules and procedures
Near acuity and hand/eye coordination required for proper machinery operation
Able to hear in a production setting; machinery, loud noises, etc.
Vision requirements include reading written documents and using a computer monitor screen frequently.
The position is routinely required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, touch, see, and hear, and may be required to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
-High School Diploma or GED required.
-2yrs+ warehouse experience in industrial, manufacturing, or distribution environment
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Ability to read, interpret and follow instructions in English
-Ability to meet client and Randstad screening requirements.
-Demonstrated ability to adhere to prescribed safety requirements and hold other associates accountable for safe working practices.
-Maintain housekeeping standards in the warehouse.
-Flexibility to work OT as needed
