Maintenance Manager 89K-95K Annually

What's the Job?

Are you someone driven by results, a proven leader in the field with exceptional communication skills? As a Maintenance Manger you will report directly to the Plant Manager, responsible for developing improvements in equipment efficiencies and optimization. We are looking for an individual to make an impact immediately that will keep the team moral high in order to achieve exceptional results that uphold company standards.

Responsibilities:
Manage the Safety, Quality, and Productivity requirements of the equipment and facility
Coordinate & manage department budget
Perform daily walks within the plant to observe, adjust safety & productivity issues impacting the plant
Be a leader to the team!
Manage the work order system & capital expense

Skills:
Experience in high stress environments
CAD layouts of floor plans, fixture designs, etc
Plant & Process Engineering experience
Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
Electrical safety knowledge
Experience in Lean Manufacturing principles including Preventative Maintenance, Tool Productive Maintenance & Productive Maintenance

Qualifications:
High School Diploma and related experience (Bachelor's in Engineering preferred)
Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing and maintenance experience
