RMA Returns Clerk

Are you looking for your next career opportunity in the distribution industry? We are currently working with a new, start-up distribution center in the Toccoa, GA area looking to add RMA candidates to their team.

Responsibilities:
?? Process product returns and Conduct product failure analysis
?? Ensure a high level of customer service is delivered to all customers
?? Handle the day-to-day RMA Receiving activities
?? Meet and exceed internal and external Service standards
?? Maintain daily productivity / workflow reports
?? Work closely with internal departments such as Operations/Sales/ Technical Support, QC as required
?? Maintain, review and update process documentation on a regular basis
?? Following up on open issues and weekly / monthly reports handling

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Skills:
- Computer experience using AS400 or SAP in a warehouse environment.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Work in a team environment.
- Work overtime as needed based on demand.

Education:
High School

Experience:
Experienced

Qualifications:
Experience in a manufacturing or distribution center is preferred.
