Manufacturing Associate - Assembler/Packer
Performs tasks per assembly processes and specifications with minimal direction
from Supervisor or Lead.
- Tests products as required per procedures with direction from Engineers/Lead
and identifies and recognizes and reacts to defects and non-conforming product
- Maintains accurate records and documentation related to product/process
collection and quality requirements and supports quality control inspection
- Adheres to safety standards and environmental practices and procedures
- Understands and follow procedures related to material handling such as lot
control, line clearance, and requisition forms
- Adheres to clean room procedures including personal attire and gowning
- Participates in continual training in new processes, technologies, and products
- Interacts successfully with team members and other operations staff and utilizes
applicable industry terminology

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks.
Basic Computer skills
Ability to work independently
Aptitude for problem solving and detail orientation
Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic business environment
Able to work 4 10 hour days - Mon through Thursday - 6 am - 4:30 pm
HS Diploma or Equivalent
2+ years of experience or demonstrated performance in required assemblies or processes if less
Basic knowledge of Good Manufacturing Processes and traceability
Basic understanding of production processes and of practices, concepts and procedures within the medical assembly field
Knowledge of quality, safety and clean room standards appropriate to a medical environment
