The Client Equities team is seeking a full-time consultant to assist them in the design and implementation of webinar-based training modules. The program delivers an interactive learning experience to a diverse group of senior executives from a variety of industries. The role comes with considerable growth potential, across a range of learning and development initiatives, outreach programs, and data analysis projects.
Strong presentation skills and a demonstrable interest in cognitive science and decision analysis are required, as is a creative and open-minded approach to problem solving. 3-5 years of work experience in learning and development is preferred but does not constitute an explicit requirement.
