We are looking for a Systems Analyst to join our client's team on a direct hire basis in the 92121 area of San Diego, CA. This Systems Analyst will be responsible for system configurations, implementations and application support to external users. As this role will be supporting external users, customer service is very important. In order to be successful in this role this person will need to be well versed in troubleshooting Linux and Windows Operating Systems, MS Office, Login issues, software application errors, basic Networking issues and hardware. This role will be supporting Clinical and Defense based companies, therefore this role will require all applicants to be eligible for a Secret Clearance.
The company has fostered an amazing internal culture and is growing rapidly. As of now, there are two shifts available: 1 st Shift (8 - 5 PM) and 2 nd Shift (12 - 8 PM).

- 5+ years as a Desktop Support Rep, Helpdesk II rep, Service Technician or Systems Analyst
- Windows and Linux/Unix Troubleshooting skills
- MS Office Troubleshooting ability
- Software Application Support
- Trouble ticket experience (Remedy, Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.)
- The ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
