The Content and Curriculum team is looking for an experienced content specialist with deep knowledge of and passion for the digital advertising space. The ideal candidate will enjoy both the craft of writing as well as the organization and coordination of content creation with peers.
The Content and Curriculum team is part of the gTech Scaled Engagement and Learning (gSEAL) team, whose mission is to inform, educate and engage Customers, Googlers, and Vendors in the Ads ecosystem, enabling Customer Success with Google advertising products, by building customer knowledge and self-reliance simplifying and clarifying how to use our products effectively strengthening Googler/Vendor capability to provide best-in-class support
The gSEAL team comprises 4 functional units:

-Develop and maintain high quality, up to date, and impactful content and learning by Partnering closely with Product and subject matter experts to understand how our products work.
-Understanding the needs of our internal & external audiences.
-Shaping the best possible content, learning paths, and materials to support the user journey
-Reduce the demand for customer support (ticket reduction), increase customer self-reliance (self-help rate), and to increase Googler/Vendor effectiveness (first time resolution) and efficiency (average handling time).
-Work closely with a dedicated program manager and the broader Content and Curriculum team to update a large portion of Google AdWords content to reflect planned product changes and ensure a seamless launch.
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
Rewrite existing content to be clearer and more usable
Update documentation on our help center and in-product help platforms to support product launches
Edit, optimize, and maintain content as needed
-BA/BS degree in English, Communications, or related with 4+ years practical experience
-At least 2 years of experience in a technical writing, editorial, content strategy, or learning and development role
-Impeccable writing and attention to detail
-Proven project management and ability to execute end-to-end solutions
-Strong communication and collaboration skills

Experience and knowledge of digital advertising/Google AdWords
