Randstad is hiring Communications Analyst to contact potential customers (warm calls), to discuss the availability and benefits of new networks with the intent of helping customer make the decision whether to move to a new network. Once a customer makes the decision to make the upgrade, this resource will manage communication and expectations with the site contact through delivery and turn up.
The candidate will be responsible for tasks such as client and POC communication, reviewing customer information, word document editing, excel spreadsheet entries, documentation review, and customer experience advocate.
Candidate must posses these attributes:
1. High energy
2. Great communication skills
3. Very organized
4. Technical background/skills a plus
5. Inside sales experience a plus
