The Technical Writer will be responsible to put together operation playbooks, web based and written instruction/training materials, product whitepapers, and other supporting documents to communicate complex and technical information more easily.
This resource will need to elicit information on product and processes from respective stakeholders and then develop, gather, and disseminate technical information to the respective stakeholders in the appropriate formats ranging from Visio based flow diagrams, UML based activity/ sequence/flow chart processes and data exchanges etc.
