- Experienced Project Manager to manage the coordination, traceability and disposition of customer/field reported product issues
· Maintain and publish issue tracker master list using Excel, Smartsheet or other CRM tool as applicable
· Organize and lead interlock and breakout meetings with engineering, PM, Sales and customer stakeholders regularly, publish minutes, follow action items to closure
· Prepare summary reports and readouts for leadership on a regular basis
- Tracking all EFTs across DNA C and ensuring Beta Portal and EFT Process is in place
· Working knowledge of networking and software products and product development process is necessary
· Prior experience working in networking industry preferred
· Proficiency in project tracking tools, spreadsheet tools, CRM tools etc.
