*End User Support Analyst III
Role: Desktop Support Analyst
- Adding contractor to assist in providing face-to-face desktop and applications support to the client's flight operations center at Willis Tower.
- Candidate must be highly technical (Windows and Unix) and posses excellent interpersonal skills to succeed in this high touch, high pressure environment.
- Support is maintained 24x7. This is shift work, with rotating weekends off.
- This is a Morning shift, starting at 6am to 2:30pm with flexibility to work midnight. Candidate must be flexible to assist in covering other shifts, as needed.
