HR Project Manager

Project Manager, Talent Acquisition

Global Talent Strategy organization at Client is seeking a Project Manager to work with the Talent Acquisition Leader to drive and execute on several critical projects and initiatives. This role will have a high level of communication expertise and an outstanding familiarity with common workplace tools (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word). This individual will be responsible for providing project management expertise on various topics in Talent Acquisition. These individuals must also be self-starters who have the job and interpersonal skills necessary to bring forth best-in-class deliverables for supported employees and clients.

Primary Job Functions/Responsibilities

- Regularly support/enhance the development of visual presentations (usually via Microsoft PowerPoint) and supporting data (usually via Microsoft Excel and/or Word);

- Support TA Leader in scheduling follow-up and maintaining prospect engagement and project management

- Administration, which includes issue tracking and management

- Perform and present research and analysis as required;

- Ensure complete/accurate reporting dashboards

- Perform other duties or special projects in support of the business operations, as appropriate.

Required Skills/Credentials

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related or work experience can substitute for education

- 5+ years or project management in a fast paced and ever changing environment

- 4+ years of experience working with Talent Acquisition and/or knowledge of the processes

- Client-focused, friendly, and positive attitude (a helpful and enthusiastic demeanor)

- Outstanding oral and written communication skills, including the ability to comfortably communicate with senior leadership and client personnel

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with people at all levels of an organization

Ability to work either independently or in a team environment, depending on the task

- Exceptional organization skills and impeccable attention to detail

- Superior poise and judgment with the ability to work well under pressure

- Proven ability to multi-task and re-prioritize tasks based on established objectives and urgencies

- Clear proficiency/acumen Microsoft Office (with an especially high level of proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word) and internet research skill

- Absolute discretion in handling highly confidential materials
