QA Analyst

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop and maintain / enhance the QA automation software.

- Develop automated scripts and maintain automation suite.

- Design, implementation and documentation of test cases and addition of these test cases to the automated test suites, administer and maintain defect training tool.

- Develop, execute and maintain test plans from requirement / design documentation for the product releases.

- Identify and execute the manual, automated and load/performance test coverage.

- Overtime or off-peak hours required to meet commitments.

- Gathers, analyzes and designs, development tools and technologies, release and version control, contemporary testing methodologies and deployment management.

- Assist in planning, preparing and executing system, integration and end to end testing of application and systems software releases.

Required:

- 6+ years of Quality Assurance/Testing experience.

- 4+ year of SQL, data validation experience.

- 3+ years of experience in C# scripting or any other object oriented programming language.

- 3+ years of experience with any automation tool.

- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Visual Studio or any other IDE.

- 3+ years of experience with TFS.

- Strong experience with QA processes and methodologies required.

- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, related discipline, or equivalent work experience and technical training is required.

- Well-developed communication skills oral, written and listening.

- Good analytical, negotiation skills, and close attention to detail.

- Communicates clearly and effectively.

- Excellent time management and project management skills, including the ability to lead, facilitate and organize.

- Must have excellent teamwork, interpersonal and motivational skills.

- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all management levels and thrive in a cross-functional environment are required.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms are also required.

- Experience in Lean concepts and agile methodologies of software development.

- Experience in building and implementing automation frameworks.

- Experience with HP LeanFT automation tool.

- Stress, load and performance test tool(s) experience.

- Knowledge of business workflow modeling techniques and software development lifecycle methodology.

- Experience in Healthcare industry.

- Software Testing Certifications: Software Test Professional (CSTP), Certified Software Test Engineer (CSTE).
