Marketing Project Manager

Job Requirements

This project manager will be responsible for managing the Marketing activities / milestones associated with the Adobe Campaign Manager and Attribution Model initiatives. These are cross-LOB efforts with several components that include data management, software implementation, campaign definition, model development and implementation within the tools, and identification of changes to existing and / or new business processes that will be impacted by these new capabilities.

This individual will be responsible for helping the project teams mange scope, define interdependencies, manage and facilitate management routines, communicate to key stakeholders, provide project status reporting, and management of risks and issues, the timeline and budget.

Required Skills:

- 5-7 years' experience in program management

- Experienced project manager who has managed complex, cross functional teams

- Experienced in accomplishing strategic objectives by overseeing multiple project activities

- Experienced in building governance process and routines across multiple lines of business

- Detail oriented individual who can also see the big picture

- Highly developed written and oral communication skills

- Leader who can drive teams to execute in ambiguous, challenging environments with little to no management oversight

- Understands or has worked on Marketing and IT related initiatives

Preferred Skills:

- Familiar with employee engagement and associate readiness work

- Change management experience

- Experience with the Adobe Campaign Manager and Workbench tools

Key Responsibilities Include but not limited to:

- Partner with the project leads to finalize scope, requirements and major milestones for relevant phases and/or work streams

- Partner with the project leads to develop project plans, coordinate project meetings, continue project reporting, and other relevant project manager duties

- Conduct assessment to determine resource needs and potential execution costs (as needed)

- Create, or participate in the creation of, project documentation.

- Ensure project stays within scope, completes on time and remains within budget.

- Ensure change management and readiness plans are developed and implemented

- Establish and maintain a usable and well-communicated schedule for all phases of the program as needed (i.e. multigenerational plan)

- Manage a high-level milestone plan for the e2e program (all other work units report into this consolidated plan)

- Identify and communicate progress, issues, risks, expectations, dependencies, timelines, milestones and other key project to team and key stakeholders

- Perform additional assignments as assigned

Qualifications

1. A Bachelor's degree in a related field

2. Minimum five years of experience in program management role (direct marketing or financial industry preferred)

3. Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation and presentation skills

4. Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders

5. Demonstrated experience in leading and managing complex projects

6. Strong analytical and problem solving skills

7. Expertise with project management tools, techniques and procedures

8. Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision

9. Good computer skills, proficient with MS office applications

10. Ability to communicate effectively upstream and downstream

11. Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to execute projects on time and on budget
