The business/system analyst provides core analytical services to business, operations, development and testing community throughout the SDLC process. He/She interprets business requirements into technical solutions, integrating all platforms to provide an end-to-end solution for our businesses. In addition, he/she also supports all advisory businesses and their operational staff.
7-10 years in IT; 5-7 years in a business/systems analysis role
Must have experience as an Agile ScrumMaster in defining process and workflows.
Experience developing process flows
Must have prior experience with processes impacting client data, preferably AML/KYC processes
? Must demonstrate knowledge, with prior experience, of two or more of the following functional areas in a data domain:
1. Identity matching and data survivorship
2. Risk identification and mitigation
3. Client on-boarding and maintenance
4. Data provisioning
? Superior written and oral communication skills as well as meeting facilitation skills
? Skillful in gathering and analyzing requirements impacting data-intensive applications/systems, and building solutions for satisfying those requirements
? Be able to write database queries and navigate database schemas in order to support analysis effort
? Expert in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint, be able to articulate ideas and solutions leveraging these tools to broad set of audience, including developers, testers, management and business partners
? Experience developing test strategies for data-centric applications
