Day to Day: This team starts the day collaborating as a UX team. This collaboration session is primarily to define design patterns and see what the team is working on that specific day/week, this is a very informal open collaboration session. Once design patterns are defined the team will enter these designs into the pattern library so other designers can use.
The team then separates to the specific Lead/Managers they are aligned to and will do a stand up for the project they are working on. Once timelines and requirements are defined this Interaction Designer will collaborate with his team, deciphering specific tasks for the day.
1) 3+ Years as a UX Designer/ UX Researher within the Enterprise Software industry working on customer facing software WITH RESPONSIVE DESIGN- creating/enhancing High Fidelity Wireframes, annotations, prototypes, mockups, etc.
2) 3+ Years working with Human Factors/User Experience- understanding UCD and human factors to create UI/UX designs. No certification is needed, however they must have an understanding of Human Factors and experience interacting with users to gather research.
3) Ability to interact and collaborate within a team. This team works very closely together and is highly collaborative, this interaction designer should be open to providing creative ideas and solutions to design problems.
