Info Security Analyst

The Access Management Information Security Processer's primary function is to ensure requests for access to applications and platforms within the client environment are processed within SLA and have proper approvals. Seeking manual approvals in the event an application or platform access request does not have appropriate approvals through automation will be necessary. This involves working with end users and application/platform owners to process requests under security controls within the respective application.

Other duties include, but are not limited to, managing user access within centralized applications in queue format, educating end users regarding security protocols and properly requesting access, analyzing trends to drive process reform, and revising standard operating procedures for centralized applications. Candidates must be comfortable interfacing with senior executives, providing exceptional customer experience, and delivering value to the business.

Job Responsibilities:

- Process tasks from ticketing system faster than current SLA

- Document correctly and completely each Task completed

- Manage high volume queue workload with daily updates

- Adding to and revising Standard Operating Procedure documents

- Coordinate with other members of the team to ensure multiple high priority tasks are done in SLA

- To Troubleshooting access & automation related incidents for access management on technology platforms such as UNIX, Database, Active Directory, CyberArk, SailPoint, etc..

- Drive continuous improvement to access management processes

- Stay knowledgeable of company and industry security standards

- Assist with modifying application management to conform to corporate models (centralizing)

- Utilize various toolsets, including powershell scripts, to process tasks

- Assist with analysis of Incidents to find root cause or underlying patterned issues

- Educate and communicate security requirements and procedures to IT system owners and others

Required Skills:

- 1- 2 years of relevant work experience

- Some college training or experience in an identity and access management role

- Experience with Active Directory, RACF, Automation tools, and Microsoft Office products

- Ability to process a high volume of tasks while keeping a high degree of accuracy

- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills

- Ability to quickly absorb information and adapt to an ever changing environment

- Strong documentation and problem solving skills

- Strong desire to learn and be a contributing member of a team

- Highly self-motivated, directed, and can work independently without supervision in a high-pressure environment

Desired Skills:

- Four year degree preferred

- Experience with automation tools and scripting languages

- UNIX experience
