BSA- Oracle (Agile/PLM)

Position Summary

Randstad Technologies is in search for an Oracle BSA with an emphasis in Agile/PLM. The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for working with the Business to document requirements and assisting in the development of designs for implementation. This position will interface with various departments including Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Planning, Purchasing, Quality, and Customer Service.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Implement projects from initiation to implementation phase including gathering requirements, writing functional design documents, communicating requirements to technical team members, writing test scripts, implementing, and training end users and IT support staff
  • Work on all areas of Agile PLM and E-Business including Product Data Management, Engineering, Bills of Material, Work-in-Process, and Supply Chain - as it relates to product data and life-cycle management
  • Work on or support key processes and elements including new product introduction, engineering changes, product data management, product life-cycle management, documentation and procedures, and additional quality processes
  • Guide team in developing reports, customizations, interfaces and extensions for Agile PLM, Oracle Product Data Hub, Oracle E-Business, OPLA, OBIEE, Quality applications
  • Act as a liaison between business users and technical team members
  • Identify process improvements and work with business partners effectively to implement change
  • Support and enhance Agile-PLM/Oracle PDH/E-Business Applications interfaces integrated with non-Oracle systems
  • Create functional requirements and technical design
  • Drive test planning and execution
  • Assist end users with day to day applications troubleshooting and end user questions
  • Participate in 24/7 department on-call program
  • Work on special assignments as they arise
Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications

  • Able to interact with Business leaders and IT, as well as being able to operate comfortably at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent documentation skills; methodological experience with Oracle AIM, Agile-Scrum, and/or similar methodologies
  • Deep knowledge of quality processes related to Federally Regulated Medical Device industry such as CAPA, Complaint Management, FDA audits etc.
  • Experience with OPLA and other OBIEE analytics
  • Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite quality processes such as receiving quality, manufacturing quality and customer quality
  • Knowledge of Trackwise and Agile Quality applications preferred
  • Demonstrate proactive business judgment and decision making skills; past results are indicative of consistently providing sound and effective business decisions

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma required
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related equivalent IT field preferred
  • Experience in Oracle E-Business R12 required
  • 5+ years' experience with Agile PLM required
  • Working knowledge of Agile PLM 9 preferred
  • 7+ years' of experience working as a PDM/PLM Business Analyst and/or PDM/PLM Business Systems Analyst
  • Knowledge/experience with using Oracle Application Tables, SQL, PL/SQL preferred
  • Experience supporting Oracle E-Business applications
