Documentum Engineer

Randstad Technologies is currently seeking a Documentum Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position will manage a team that provides technical and specialized guidance in Enterprise SOA related topics. Provides leadership in the planning analysis, design, coding, and testing of SOA or Enterprise services and components for enterprise use in applications programs to improve efficiency and integrity between systems and applications. The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for the following:

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring application systems are in compliance to security, audit policies, and procedures
  • Monitor the performance of the application system. Develops and maintains standard operating procedures and documentation, may write documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, and corrections
  • Provide highly technical and specialized guidance in and solutions to, SOA or Enterprise related challenges
  • Has substantive experience in object-oriented, service-oriented, and RUP-based development methodologies
  • Has specific expertise with SOA software tools such as Oracle as a consultant or as the employee of a user organization. A comprehensive list of tools is described in the tools list located in Section J of the RFP
  • Ability to interpret and/or discuss information with others, which involves terminology or concepts not familiar to many people; regularly provide advice and recommend actions involving rather complex issues. May resolve problems within established best practices
  • Provide Design, Development & Technical leadership for D2 4.x applications
  • Responsible for developing Documentum solutions using xCP/D2 or custom development
Skills & Experience:

  • Highly professional communication skills and excellent technical writing skills
  • Ability to ensure tasks are prioritized within the customer's overall strategic direction
  • Able to employ agile techniques to iteratively deploy usable solutions at scheduled intervals
  • Ability to participate in joint application design sessions for new and enhanced system development efforts
  • Ensures functional specifications are appropriately documented, revisions maintained, and tracked in a requirements traceability matrix
  • Experience designing and developing SharePoint 2013 solutions using InfoPath, SharePoint Designer, and Performance Point
  • Proven track record providing business automation, process improvements, form digitization, custom web parts, and dashboards
  • Requires experience configuring document libraries, lists, workflows, team sites, content management sites, user permissions, enterprise search, security, and user profile services
  • Hands-on experience developing custom workflows with

    SharePoint Designer Experience creating and publishing dynamic and highly professional InfoPath forms with custom code
  • Knowledge of SharePoint Governance, Information Architecture, Server Topology, Service Applications, Web

    Applications encouraged
  • 2 years of experience as SharePoint programmer / IT Pro
Requirements:

  • Active Public Trust
  • US Citizen
  • BS or MS Degree in IT field with 10+ years' experience in developing and managing enterprise content sand enterprise platforms
  • 5+ years' experience developing and managing documentum-based content solutions
  • Ability to communicate with teammates and clients, encourage acceptance of ideas, and articulate basic and advanced technical concepts in both written and verbal formats
  • Adept in building and leading a team - collaboration, facilitation, consulting and negotiation skills
