Digital Product Manager:

Description: Our fortune 500 client located in Boston is search of a Digital Product Manager to join their Innovative high performing design team. This person will thrive on an agile team, understanding the market and industry, bridging the business needs with the solution requirements and accelerating the delivery of ready to execute solutions. The Digital Product Manager will also support innovation workshops and assist in the implementation of the innovation process.

You will be deeply involved in every aspect of the process to introduce new and innovative solutions to our business and build trust through the delivery of successful digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with enterprise teams to design and deliver ready to execute solutions
  • Facilitate Design Thinking workshops to accelerate the development of innovations
  • Work with Studio team and executive stakeholders to gain alignment on vision, MVP and pilot scope
  • Communicate solution strategy and details to all relevant participants and keep stakeholders up to date on product process and progress
  • Gather high level business requirements and identify capabilities and features for development
  • Work with engineering teams to create the conceptual solution architecture to support innovation solutions
  • Collaborate with research and UX/UI to deliver visual prototypes for consumer testing
  • Document process flows, epics, stories and related transition documentation for enterprise development
  • Lead a design scrum team using Agile best practices to produce required deliverables for ready to execute solutions
  • Maintain the product roadmap, create project schedules and communicate project status
  • Ideal candidate has had brief immersion in products that leverage technologies like AI, cognitive computing, VA, bots ad, IOT. (digital / IoT products).
  • Product Management experience working with 3rd party products [3rd party being startups or tech giants or university incubators]

  • Demonstrated capability as a leader of leaders; ideally global
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with sensitive issues, develop others or persuade others inside and outside the department to take specific actions
  • Are entrepreneurial, startup minded. You need to be a self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and defining your own direction. And in a pinch, you are able to work outside of your domain: helping sales make a pitch for a new feature you've designed

  • Experience working in a virtual matrix environment with cross functional teams in areas such as operations, UX, IT, finance, product, and legal, and function well in high performing, agile integrated product teams
  • Author, review, analyze, and document business systems and user requirements producing deliverables such as use cases, user stories, UI mockups, test cases, functional specifications, workflow process diagrams, data flow / data model diagrams
