We are now looking for highly motivated and technically sound individuals to join us as an Electrical Project Engineer. You will be supporting programs in developing new electronic controller products and will learn aspects of engineering and program management and have the opportunity to see the entire design build and test life cycle. Electrical products are typically controllers driving rotating machinery (pumps/fans/actuators) and have built in sensor/data acquisition systems with serial interface controls. They are designed for long life, high reliability and operate in severe space radiation environments. Some of these products include: process controllers, sensor signal conditioning, DC/DC Converters, FPGA based digital controllers, brushless DC motor controllers, actuator control/drives, hardware based closed loop system process control, and more.
Candidates shall have 3 to 7 yrs experience in new electronics design and/or electronics testing. Candidates must have the desire and energy to ability to manage/lead the Integrated Product Development Team subject matter experts to ensure the electronics are designed, tested and verified to the requirements while controlling the project budget and scope. Project Management Professional training is a plus.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
