Epic Certified PB Lead Analyst
Our client is looking for an Epic Certified PB Lead for a permanent opportunity in Sacramento, CA.
--3+ years experience of working in a healthcare company supporting PB build development and the Revenue Cycle.
--Experience working with EMR Epic tools and very familiar with PB, PB Claims, Remittance, and the overall Revenue Cycle for Professional Billing.
--Epic PB Certified
--Experienced leading and managing workgroups and committees that may include executives for completing and tracking assignments to a global project plan.
--Advanced interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to effectively train, support, and collaborate with clinical and revenue cycle users, and key stakeholders at all professional and technical levels.
--Advanced organizational and project management skills.
--Experience working with interfaced/integrated multi-vendor applications.
--Knowledge and understanding of University policies and procedures.
--Occasional travel in Northern California and out of state travel may be required. Reliable transportation necessary for offsite visits. Mileage and travel expenses will be reimbursed per CLIENT Policy.
--Must be able to work extended and/or flexible hours as needed to meet committed project dates.
The experienced Epic Certified PB Lead (Clin Applications Profl 4) is primary responsible for Professional Billing Liaison for CLIENT. The Epic Certified PB Lead is responsible to lead Professional Billing projects, enhancements, break/fix ticket issues reported by their management and teams. The Epic Certified PB Lead supports and oversees all work aligned with PB CLIENT, this includes maintaining updated status reports both for CLIENT leaders and as well for CLIENT management. The Epic Certified PB Lead reviews dashboard metrics and reporting metrics to advise and identify root cause issues that would impede the ability to maintain and stabilize financials for CLIENT.
