L&D/Training Analyst

job summary:
- Provide analytical data and analysis; design and draft communications/ materials for courses (with guidance)

- LMS Super-User, testing, maintenance, educate users, recommend process enhancements

- Develops training programs, job aids, demonstration models and visual aids for training courses

- Training Calendar, identify issues

- May help facilitate low complexity/routine courses (shorter duration)

- Perform moderate-advanced metrics reporting and analysis, create and manage dashboards, recommend changes to course offerings based on findings

- Create and maintain SOPs for processes they own

- Be an onboarding buddy for new hires, coach junior staff members on new skills
