VIP Desktop Support
Our client, a global provider of investment management services, is in need of a Desktop Support professional on a contract basis. The Desktop Support Analyst will assist VIP financial services end users and we are seeking candidates with experience with VIP level (white glove) support. The Desktop Support Analyst will assist investment support, hardware lifecycle upgrades, and business as usual support on a daily basis.

-Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.
-Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems.
-Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups.
-Supports, monitors, tests, and troubleshoots hardware and software problems pertaining to LAN/WAN connectivity, Operating Systems, and provides end users support for all LAN-based applications.
-Recommends and schedules repairs.
-Installs and configures workstations.
-Requires 4-6 years of experience.
Requires 4-6 years of senior level (VIP) Desktop Support experience. Financial industry experience is a plus.
