job summary:
Marketing Operations Project Manager

  • Responsible for the planning, execution & oversight of various x-functional projects associated with optimizing the end to end customer experience for access to software products, and enabling efficient and effective marketing campaign execution by AEX marketing teams.
  • This individual must have highly effective written and oral communication skills and be able to develop productive, collaborative relationships with business owners and technology experts to research, identify, understand and document business and customer requirements.
  • The marketing operations project manager must then be able to communicate the requirements with accompanying well-considered recommended courses of action for consideration.
  • Upon project approval this individual must be able to transform the recommendation into an actionable set of activities with accompanying roadmap and then strategically execute to schedule and budget.
  • This position plays a key role in risk analysis. The individual must be adept at identifying potential roadblocks related to budgets, resources and timelines, and escalating these potential issues when necessary.
