Program Manager

job summary:
Agency requires contractor to establish a Project Management Office ("PMO") oversight for the transition activities. Specifically, the Agency requires assistance in the following areas:

· Activity A: Assist the Agency in developing regular status reports on program activity, including transition status as well as other status reports as required.

· Activity B: Assist the Agency in identifying transition issues (potential impact in the short-term) and risks (potential impact in the longer-term), developing mitigation strategies, assigning ownership, facilitating resolution, and managing and reporting related information. Provide specialized business and technical assistance in gap assessment and remediation plans.

· Activity C: Assist the Agency in providing centralized communications regarding SOX Program activities and other related information. This includes presentations for upper management, identifying training and documentation gaps, internal employee communication, etc.

The level of experience is minimum 8 years, preferably 10 and must possess a PMP.
