IT Administrator

job summary:
We are looking for an IT Admin to join our team!

Your challenge

  • Work as one of the primary IT and Helpdesk contacts for the El Segundo Office
  • Support weekly company-wide meetings
  • Support/troubleshoot video conferencing systems (Google Hangouts/Chrome boxes)
  • Support the day-to-day operations and needs of the team
  • Work closely with both the Operations/HR departments on various initiatives and projects
  • Other duties and activities as required
What you'll need

  • 2+ years experience with technical support (MAC SUPPORT)
  • Deep Knowledge of G-Suite (google, calendar, hangouts, g-drive etc)
  • Experience supporting Slack
  • Experience with supporting Cisco Meraki (Cloud Managed WiFi, Security, Firewalls)
  • Knowledge of Confluence, Jira
  • Strong degree of technical aptitude
  • Experience supporting end-users in a team environment
  • A self-motivated attitude, possess solid communication skills, and be able to work in a collaborative, team environment, as well as independently as needed
  • Experience with platforms, laptop configurations, phones, A/V, etc.
