Business Continuity Consultant in Charlotte, NC or Frisco, TX

Provides governance for business continuity policies and standards for large banking client. Demonstrates business and/or technical acumen related to all aspects of Business Continuity. Participates or lead business continuity initiatives and ongoing process activities (plan development, testing, event management and progress reporting/measurement). May provide business continuity subject matter consulting support in audit and regulatory matters, as needed. May work under close or minimal supervision with guidance from manager or team lead.

Required Skills

- Excellent analytical skills with in-depth experience in Excel or Tableau

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to translate technical information into an executive level message

- Ability to assemble and analyze data to identify potential risk and/or process improvement opportunities

- Independent thinker who is able to influence others

- Intellectually curious with a desire to understand the details and an ability to assemble a holistic, compelling view

- Able to partner across organizations to achieve business and technology improvements

- Working in an Agile Environment
