job summary:
- Assist Product Owner with creating and maintaining a Product backlog and sorting the Product backlog items according to priority and business value.

- Assists with the elaboration of Epics, Themes and Features into user stories that are granular enough to be achieved in a single sprint

- Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on

- Assist in defining product vision, road-map and growth opportunities

- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy

- Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals

- Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product

- Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends

- Measuring progress and metrics (e.g. value delivered to clients in each sprint)

- Analyze business needs as they relate to client business objectives and creation of agile processes; agile development efforts on enterprise content management (ECM) platform

Job Qualifications Required:

- 5+ years of experience in a technical role such as software engineer, database developer, BA, Test Engineer, or systems architect

- 3+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing and delivering with Agile concepts, including Scrum

- Must have experience with technology and tools used to support Agile practices such as Jira or Rally

- Effectively demonstrate a working knowledge of a variety of traditional and iterative SDLC methodologies, including Waterfall

- Strong influence, organizational, change management, motivation, collaboration, and negotiation skills

- Experience working with collocated and distributed teams

- Advanced analytical, business process reengineering, organizational change, initiative, sound judgment, effective decision-making, team work, and excellent oral and written communication skills are essential
