Job Description

SFDC admin - (lightning experience is KEY!!) - Able to help in using the best practices and processes. Lightning -Page layouts, process builder, workflows, permissions, custom objects, communities, actions and triggers, reassignment, validation rules, installing, configuring, updating, and providing training, new features, enhancements and best practices available, Automation & Workflows, workflow rules, custom button creation, validation rules, alerts, tasks or email notifications depending on the design requirements, Reassigning, profiles and permissions.

Core Responsibilities

-Advise on the best approach to implement needful processes, provide CRM strategic objectives.

-Identify solutions to leverage Salesforce functionality to support the strategic objectives and business processes of the client

-Understand and support the ongoing requirements for the security sharing model. Provide guidance and best practices for the configuration of Salesforce (both desktop and mobile versions) for the client, as needed to support our business processes.

-Support and advise/train on page layouts, search layouts and validation rules, automation, process builder and workflows as well as provide personalized and other areas as well a remote web-based training to the clients Salesforce administrators.
