C++ Software Engineer

We are looking for engineers with passion for research and awesome coding chops to help move forward our mission on advancing boundaries of what is possible.

responsibilities:
You will be part of small team wearing many hats and encountering new technical problems that might require you to learn completely new areas frequently, assimilate state of the art through reading research papers and quickly ramp up on new tools and technologies you hadn't worked with before.

One day you may be thinking about implementing lidar simulation and other day you might be debugging deep learned model. You should be comfortable with ideas spanning multiple areas, navigate the technical complexity and manage your day without lots of hand holding. You should be obsessed about good engineering practices and excited about shipping research artifacts with long lasting impact.

Requirements:

  • Great Modern Python and C++ coding chops
  • Familiarity with C# coding
  • At least 3 years experience in applied machine learning and deep learning
Preferred (but Not Required):

  • Ability to learn new languages, platform and tools on demand
  • Passion for tinkering, reading research papers and trying things out
  • Experience in debugging complex infrastructure and probabilistic systems
  • Foundations in applied machine learning and deep learning
  • Foundations in applied probability, linear algebra and statistics
  • Experience with game engines such as Unreal or Unity
  • Familiarity with physics engines
  • Background in robotics, ROS, planning and perception
  • Experience with sensor modeling and environment modeling
  • Familiarity with reinforcement learning and imitation learning
  • Familiarity with computer vision concepts and frameworks such as OpenCV
