The IT Compliance Analyst is part of the IT Infrastructure Services organization and reports to the Manager of System Engineering (Compliance).
The IT Compliance Analyst will be a subject matter expert in driving systems compliancy across our national data centers. This role ensures that adequate and effective security processes, controls, and lifecycles are followed and aligned to deliver compliance with security policy and standards. This position will work closely with the IT Infrastructure Services teams, the Business Unit (BU) IT compliance teams and the Realogy Info Sec teams. The IT Compliance Analyst will be a team player and a self-motivated individual, positioning others to observe and maintain systems compliance throughout the data centers.

Understand and meet established compliance policies & objectives for systems in the data centers.
Report on compliance status for systems in the data centers. Make informed recommendations and decisions to improve present standards where applicable.
Drive timely resolution of non-compliant conditions.
Develop/document/update compliance policies and procedures.
Report on past, present and future compliance states.
Coordinate with the technical project and delivery teams to ensure health checks are implemented according to schedule and scope. Administer configuration management tool to pull reports and validate compliance status.
Manage compliance status of pre-production servers. Drive remediation of non-compliance in areas supported by the IT Infrastructure Services teams. Keep abreast of non-compliance handling by the BU compliance teams.
Monitor and promote systems currency with OS patches; track/report on patch deployment status.
Support the security compliance program, ensuring the identification, tracking, prioritization, and remediation of all compliance requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Minimum 2 years' experience in IT compliance, IT audit, systems administration or application development
Strong written, oral and listening skills. Solid critical thinking skills. Adept at presenting to audiences ranging from technical staff to executive management
Industry certification desired but not required (CISSP, CISA, CRISC)
