Sr. Engagement Manager

job summary:
Senior Engagement Manager

Intermediate Experience (8+ years)

Responsibilities

Single point of contact for client accountability, planning, communication

Delivery of client project based on scope, schedule, and budget

Works with multiple teams from proposal support to billing

Handling client escalation issues, facilitate discussion, and conflict resolution

Participate in escalation path for other engagement managers

Schedule and facilitate regular meetings

Communicate regular status updates both to client and internally

Participate in resource allocation for projects according to the needs of the business

Respond to client needs as they arise to ensure client satisfaction

Following company's Services methodology for delivery

Mentor other engagement managers

Works with sales team during the proposal process

Working with project managers to deliver full life cycle projects

Communicate overall solution to explain client investment

Address more concurrent client projects

Ability to take notes from client meetings and translating them to meaningful insights/summaries that articulate the client environment (use cases, requirements, needs)

Qualifications

Analytical thinker and problem solver

Knowledge of Software development concepts

Prior experience managing client projects using agile techniques

Excellent prioritization, organization, and time management skills and ability to work with minimal supervision

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate complex business solution concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences

Knowledge and experience in leading distributed cross functional teams; applying project management techniques in situations that involve a blend of resources from strategy through user experience design through development and deployment
