We are looking for a passionate interaction/UX designer who can help explore and propose solutions to complex system design problems and design the best way to visualize data to make it meaningful and useful.

As an interaction/UX designer you will be responsible for driving the development of product and service design ideas from early concepts to detailed design solutions. You will work as part of a global multidisciplinary team, following a user-centered design process to understand requirements, explore ideas, build and test prototypes and create detailed design specifications.
Specifically, you will collaborate with product leads and the senior leadership team to provide consultative guidance to a wide range of software solutions. You will also provide hands-on support to produce wireframes, workflows, prototypes and visual assets.

- We are looking for an interaction designer with experience in both enterprise and consumer software with experience working within an agile development approach.
- Through this experience, you've cracked the code on how to present and defend your design recommendations within a fast paced, technically-minded environment.
You are open minded, believing that designers are not the only source of creativity as you embrace a multi-disciplinary process that is sensitive to user needs and human factors.
You are also happy to dive into the challenges that come with a company in transformation and want to help accelerate that positive change. You are transparent and collaborative and believe that teaming up is the best way to solve complex problems. o Be a hands-on interaction design expert, shaping the concept and seeing it through to detailed design and implementation across a variety of devices and platforms.
o Effectively visualize complex data sets allowing users to identify meaningful, clinically-relevant, data-driven insights
o Create information architectures, application flows (flowcharts), functional designs for application screens (wireframes) as well as the design specifications.
o Apply and define (general) interface and interaction principles. Define and develop general usability principles.
o Act as a big picture thinker that has the perspective to see how your designs operate within a larger software ecosystem Visual design skills
You use appropriate and effective visual design skills to articulate our brand values across products and through interaction & interface, supporting the business needs. And you are able to direct the team with clarity and accuracy in the use of visual language.
o Develop and use appropriate visualization skills (sketching, prototyping and specification) to define and communicate data design and interaction concepts.
o Create/implement effective and appropriate visual languages by understanding the meaning and effect of these on the brand, audience, market and culture.
