HR Systems Technical Analyst - Permanent
The HR Systems Technical Analyst partners with HR leaders, their teams and the Information Technology Team to leverage the return on HR technologies by ensuring assigned system(s) deliver the designed process, reports and service levels to meet or exceed user requirements.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Production Support: Provide technical support for assigned system(s), including monitoring system performance, researching and resolving problems, unexpected results or process flaws, performing scheduled activities, and escalating and resolving issues with vendor as needed.
-Reports: Develop, code and maintain a variety of complex reports on all HR systems utilizing appropriate reporting tools to measure and assess process and system effectiveness, ensure legal and regulatory compliance and provide meaningful information to all users. Ensure consistent reporting on key performance indicators, including trended data and analysis.
-System Configuration, Enhancement and Maintenance: Lead the review, testing and implementation of system upgrades or patches. Collaborate with functional and technical teams to coordinate the application of an upgrade or fix and document. Use thorough knowledge of the software to make system configuration and other changes as needed; coordinate with vendor as appropriate. Lead the integration of assigned systems into overall HR system architecture.
-Project Management: Assist process owner and teams with the identification of process and reporting enhancements; act as project leader to create and implement project plans, system configuration/reporting changes as well as training and change management.
-System Documentation: Maintain process maps and data dictionary for assigned system(s). Support the data accuracy and integrity of systems by running queries and analyzing data using qualitative/quantitative measurement and data collection design principles. Support data integration into the data warehouse and enterprise reporting.
-Process Improvement: Recommend process/service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes, etc. process owner consideration.
-Training: Develop and maintain user procedures, guidelines and documentation such as job aids and training materials. Train users on processes/functionality. Train other Systems Analyst(s) on system and process administrator role.
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:
-Minimum 3 years' experience administering web-based systems
-Minimum 5 years' experience administering an enterprise HRMS
-Thorough knowledge of MicroSoft office tools, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
-Experience with SQL, SQR, and Ultra Edit programming
-Strong understanding of database design, structure, functions and processes
-Prior experience in system configuration, testing and validation
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, Business or a related field
