Greater than 10 years' experience in a formal project management role with proven examples of leading complex projects and programs through all phases of the Project Life Cycle

responsibilities:
*Candidates must have experience working in programs as well as with vendors, those are key elements for this position

*Must have 10+ years of experience in Project Management, banking industry would be preferred

*Experience in MS Projects required

 
qualifications:
Greater than 10 years' experience in a formal project management role with proven examples of leading complex projects and programs through all phases of the Project Life Cycle

- Proven ability to pull together diverse teams to work through conflicts and scope clarification to delivery high results?

- Highly preferred 4-6 years' experience in credit card industry or other proof of learning and working with diverse and complex project types?

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools and Microsoft Project?

- Demonstrates all 9 PMP Competencies with ease?

- Demonstrates most ADS Leadership Competencies with ease

- ?Superior written and verbal communication skills?

- Ability to interact with clients in the field and Executive level sponsors?

- Ability to create and maintain appropriate project and program documentation with clarity and quality?

- Proficient with MS Office suite of products, MS Project and MS SharePoint?

- Ability to plan and facilitate meetings with key stakeholders, executives and clients?

- Superior time management skills?

- Detail-oriented, able to multi-task, prioritize and delegate as appropriate?

- Self-starter with strong initiative?

- Ability to lead in ambiguous and high pressure situations?

- Ability to apply Project Management Principles to project, programs and implementations?

- Understanding of the Strategic and operational issues of the project team and Retail Lines of Business?

- Ability to train, mentor and develop project managers in project management methodology?

- Consultative, negotiation and conflict resolution skills?

- Strong integration skills and ability to coordinate and lead all aspects of a project or program?

- Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills
