Creative Designer for Deals Valuation
The Candidate is a member of the Valuation practice, a client-focused team within comapnies Deals platform. The Candidate's primary responsibilities will be to consult on and develop digital and other graphic design collaterals and/or individual graphical elements to be integrated into client deliverables, internal reports and other team materials such as proposals, marketing content, dashboards, publications and financial models. The responsibilities also include owning a project from conceptualization through completion/production and managing several projects at the same time.

? Build strong relationships and work closely with Valuation leadership and Account Managers.
? Manage multiple projects from conception through execution, customizing design elements to fit each project appropriately.
? Drive and host creative briefs with Account Managers to determine the project goals, scope, messaging, audience, etc., and present relevant and creative design solutions.
? Create and design superior visual concepts using deep knowledge of brand guidelines.
? Think holistically about consistent and quality design choices across Valuation products and deliverables.
? Develop, implement, and enforce effective design processes for team initiatives.
? Manage a demanding and widely-fluctuating workload in a high-volume, deadline-driven corporate environment through resource assignment and project coordination, re-prioritizing projects as necessary.
? Achievement of annual success goals.
? Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design /Communications Design or equivalent experience.
? Deep understanding of digital delivery strategies and trends and a passion for marketing, branding and sales.
? Minimum of 5 years experience. Design agency/studio, marketing and sales or related role in corporate/professional services preferred.
? Proven ability to deliver unexpected digital design strategies and concepts which lead to successful design solutions.
