job summary:
Our client in Chicago, IL is seeking a Support Specialist with the following experience:

  • 1-3 years of applicable customer and technical support experience, preferably in a Sales or Insurance company
  • Skilled in supporting Level 1 / 2 requests and incidents, via phone and email
  • Familiarity with Ticketing systems, Electronic application systems, Lead management systems, etc.

education: Bachelors
  • Ability to manage and resolve 25-30 tickets per day
  • Ability to provide technical & customer service support for organization's Field Services team
  • Responsible for ticket troubleshooting, triage, prioritization, categorization, escalation, and resolution
  • Ability to create, follow, and revise documentation per the ticket resolution process
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent analysis, communication, and customer service skills
  • Industry certifications are a plus
