job description

Data Analyst

job summary:
We ideally need someone who has experience in data analysis/visualization as well as having technical skills to work with the data itself.

Best candidate would be someone familiar with the SDLC, perhaps has been in technical/developer roles previously, but has depth and strength in data analysis and visualization. A couple of resumes have looked more like data developers familiar with DB2, stored procedures, etc. This is not the type of skillset we need because much of the data we are looking to target is in the NGA pipeline/build, and other areas related to our Apps and Services. Traditional host developers don't have that skillset. Ideal is to have familiarity with the Python, Tableau, Grafana/Prometheus, JIRA/Atlassian suite of products, or similar products leveraged to understand metrics/trends in the DevOps space.
