Duties: SuccessFactors Functional Lead
Leverage expertise with and knowledge of SuccessFactors to identify opportunities and propose implementation of advanced features to drive additional business benefit and solution systemic issues.
Design, document, and implement functionality in HR systems that accurately reflects internal customer requirements and supports business operations.
Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, risk and issue logs, and other project related artifacts associated with system upgrades, enhancements and integrations.
Provide data definition and interpretation to internal users of HR data to support integration needs.
Demonstrate aptitude for systems knowledge and understanding to ensure effective design solution
Work closely with IT colleagues to ensure all upstream and downstream integrations work effectively, including appropriate support for design and testing of new or changed integrations.
Work collaboratively to troubleshoot research and escalate issues as necessary, proactively keeping end-users aware of status and taking responsibility for ensuring that outstanding issues are addressed in a timely manner.
Document system configuration and conduct testing of system updates to characterize bugs and identify new system functionality.
Ensure services are in compliance with professional standards, state and federal regulatory requirements related to recordkeeping and reporting.
Process mass load files into Employee Central for purposes such as bulk promotions, merit increases and terminations, as well as data conversion.
Prepare and perform presentations on system processes, enhancements and strategies to peers and executive management.
Identify and implement process changes that support continuous improvement for the suite of HR Applications.
Document, design and develop reports that that reflect customer requirements and support business operations and make recommendations on additional reports to improve HR processes.

Lead key HR Transformation related projects. Leverage cross-functional knowledge and relationships to successfully support project activities by effectively diagnosing project/program flaws or challenges to ensure successful implementation.
Develop and manage to a project plan to include requirements gathering, design, development, testing and training, risks and develops timeline for HRSS readiness activities.
Coordinate activities across multiple teams to ensure effective and timely project completion.
Utilize MS Visio to map out future state process designs while incorporating feedback in real-time.
Prepare and edit written documentation (e.g. Desktop/System Procedures, Job Aids, FAQs) to support the new processes while ensuring accuracy and clarity.
Develop training plan, materials and facilitate training on new processes/changes.
Lead service rehearsal testing efforts by developing test scripts and tracking test results.
Maintain risk and issues log and ownership for driving resolution.
6+ year's experience managing/ leading project workstreams in an analytical or change management role
Minimum of 3 years' experience supporting HR transformation or HR project efforts.
4+ years SuccessFactors functional experience is required
Proven project/change management skills, including attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
In-depth knowledge and experience defining project scope, team building, defining business requirements and functional/technical specifications
Strong knowledge and experience of Change management and regulatory compliance requirements impacting IT and HR - including, SOX, Data Privacy, and Business Continuity planning
Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environmen
