In need of a Desktop Support Analyst to help with a research facility on an enrollment project. You will be focusing on networking issues, hardware and software issues and will do mostly troubleshooting through a ticketing system.

- Experience with Tier 2 support
- Experience with support on Mobile devices (Android and I phone)
- Great communication skills as you will be supporting employees over the phone and by email.
- High school degree
- Certifications are a plus
