Change Management Coordinator
Financial services client is looking for a change coordinator to drive implementation activities within AI division
Candidate will serve as a liaison between client area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.

salary: $38.00 - 41.56 per hour
work hours: 9 to 6
This person will be responsible for executing the CR process related to implementations. This includes creating Change Requests in PAC2000 as well as understanding the required lead times for Work Orders and ensuring the Game Plans have the necessary information. This person is also called upon to facilitate calls during the installation time window. This requires the ability to keep the things moving even where there are 30 people on a call dealing with multiple issues at once.
This person will need strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience in the following is important:
(1) PAC2000 and the Wells Fargo Enterprise Change Management process
(2) Project coordination or Test Coordinator experience (as these skills can be ported over)
(3) Organizational skills and Good Verbal and Written Communication
skills: The resource will need to be able to sit at the client facility in University area of Charlotte. The resource will also need to be able to work some nights or weekends depending on our implementation schedule (rotating with another resource).
