Role: *IT Project Coordinator I?

Duration: 11+ Months

Description:

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and track progress and implementation of IT consulting projects

- Focus on creating presentations in PowerPoint

- Creative delivery of executive-level reporting (status reports, strategic visions, road mapping)

- This person will not be expected to be the owner of the content, they will be the person that pulls everything together and creates visually pleasing presentations

- Focus will be on internal communication at the project and the leadership level

- Responsible for creating PowerPoint presentations for Director and MD level individuals

- Responsible for creating presentations that contain build out road maps

- Must be able to convert IT data into user friendly and concise PowerPoint presentations

Required Skills:

- 2-3 years' experience

- Expert level PowerPoint skill required

- Experience with Microsoft Project and Excel

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Bachelor's Degree preferred

- Must be willing to find the appropriate graphics and templates needed to easily convey data into PowerPoint

Additional Notes:

*** As this is a highly visible role working with client leadership the following items are required ***

- PowerPoint test scores must be provided upon submittal. Candidates submitted without PowerPoint scores will be rejected

- An in-person interview will be required for the second round. Please only submit candidates that can commit to an in-person interview

- If an in-person interview is requested the individual will be required to bring a portfolio of their PowerPoint work to the interview
