Compliance Analyst III
The Senior Data Privacy Analyst will the Company's data privacy program, investigate potential data privacy issues, and deliver data privacy training materials. This position will help ensure the Company handles personal and customer data responsibly and complies with all applicable data protection and privacy laws. This position will work collaboratively across multiple teams and departments to build and enhance an appropriate compliance framework.

-Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the Company's information privacy policies and procedures to ensure that business activities are consistent with them.
-Partner with IT in the evaluation of privacy and security related projects so that new business activities include essential components of an effective Data Privacy Program.
-Review changes in laws and incorporate, as necessary to ensure organizational adaptation and compliance.
-Develop privacy training materials and other communications to train employees and third parties, as appropriate, on company privacy policies, data handling practices and procedures and legal obligations.
-Collaborate with business teams to ensure awareness of "best practices" on privacy and data security issues.
-Assist business teams with development of tools and methodologies to ensure ongoing compliance.
-Collaborate with the legal department on privacy issues.
-Lead incident investigations, and collaborate with Investigations Team to develop a process for receiving, documenting, tracking, investigating and taking action on all privacy related incidents.
-Collaborate with business teams on privacy impact assessments evaluations and ongoing compliance monitoring activities, and other auditing related activities.
-Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 10+ years of related work experience OR 14 years of work related experience without a degree
-Proficient with Microsoft products such as SharePoint, Excel, Word, and Power Point
-Experience working with confidential information with a high degree of integrity
skills: -Five years' experience in regulatory compliance or similar work experience in compliance or data privacy protection practices.
-Ability to analyze and make recommendations to business
-The ability to work in a team, with lawyers, IT, and business partners, to establish effective solutions efficiently and in an amenable manner. IT Experience working with privacy and data protection laws, regulations and best practices, and data breach handling.
-Technical expertise and understanding of IT processes that includes working with data management, architecture and permissions across multiple businesses.
-Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
-Experience developing and conducting training.
