We are looking for a seasoned project manager candidate for one of our MPC integration activities. We are looking for a candidate with the following skill set:

- Good communication skills

- Ability to lead and work with cross functional teams

- Manage tight timelines

- Ability to manage tough stakeholders

- Prior project management experience with large initiatives

Top 3 must skillset

1. Demonstrated ability to lead team and keep deliverables to track

2. Demonstrated ability to identify and mitigate risks

3. Comfortable in interacting with different stakeholders within a business

General PM Summary:

  • Works closely with business process partners and business stakeholders throughout project delivery to ensure business process changes are aligned to the agreed upon business transformation.
  • Works closely and challenges technology architects to drive alignment of the technology to the agreed upon business transformation.
  • Prioritizes projects as well as deliverables based on strategic value to the organization.
  • Responsible for communicating, tracking, and monitoring value realization.
  • Establishes effective processes and procedures for measuring project performance.
  • Identifies process improvements and works across the organization to continuously improve overall project management support.
  • Maintains project progress toward business outcome, as requested by management, rather than narrowly focusing on project specifics without reference to efficiency, quality and value
  • Makes decisions and recommendations clearly linked to client's strategic goals and objectives
  • Mobilizes others within and outside the project to support and enable change resulting from the projects
